If you are a VMware VATC Partner interested in using vLab.pro remote labs (to either provide all your remote lab needs or for back up when your local resources are insufficient), here's what you should do:

1. Contact us in advance

Let us know who you are and how we can reach you. With your permission, we will e-mail you (no more than once every 4-6 weeks) about specials, updates, etc.

2. Test drive our labs

Arrange to have one of your senior VCIs run through our labs for the class(es) you run the most. This ensures that your VCIs are satisfied with the quality of our labs and that they are familiar with our labs.

3. Reserve labs

for your classes. We prefer as much notice as possible. Two to four weeks is usually more than sufficient for us to confirm server pod availability for your class. We'd like to know how many people you expect in your class so we can set aside the appropriate number of machines. Don't worry if you over estimate. We only charge you for the servers you use, not the servers you reserve. Note, we do not require Purcahse Orders but will happily work with them if you prefer.
